Evergreen School is committed to educating students from a wide variety of cultural, religious, racial, and economic backgrounds in the Montessori tradition. Our mission, shared by trustees, parents, faculty, and administrators alike, is to help each individual reach his or her potential and to prepare our students to be independent thinkers, lifetime learners, and responsible citizens in an ever-changing world.
School development is a composite of the development of both students and staff members. If everyone is growing, the School finds new integration and expression of its values.
Some of the most valuable resources for staff development are other staff members.
We believe the quality of our program is enhanced, therefore, with the opportunity for staff members to communicate with one another on behalf of the students and families we serve.
