  Weather Related Closings Evergreen School follows Montgomery County's inclement weather policy with this exception: We never open more than one hour late. If the county opens two hours late, Evergreen still opens only one hour late. When the county closes, we close. When there is a delayed opening, Early Bird begins at 8:30 a.m. and classes begin at 9:30 a.m. Weather may cause us to dismiss before 3:00 p.m. When this need arises, each family is called and each child accounted for. If family members are delayed by the weather, a staff member stays and provides for those children awaiting pick-up. |
