About Camp

Our programs are designed to help children discover the special excitement of a summer at camp. Campers are assigned to one of four groups on the basis of age and skill level: Pine Cones, Tall Trees, Redwoods, and Sequoias.

Each of the four groups will enjoy a unique program directed by our teachers and specialists. Our program is designed to emphasize what we do best...create exciting opportunities to learn, play and grow.

Evergreen Camp welcomes a diverse population in the safe and nurturing setting of our school. All activities are developmentally appropriate and directed by trained teachers. We have an excellent camper/teacher ratio: two adults to a maximum of 20 children in a group. Members of our staff are trained in first aid and CPR, and all of our staff have had complete background checks.

Evergreen Camp is fully licensed by the Maryland State Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
