About Us

Our students, who come from a variety of cultural, economic, religious and racial backgrounds, learn as much from each other as they do from their teachers. This diverse population, multi-age grouping, uninterrupted blocks of time, a strong sense of community, and our small size make that not only possible, but inevitable. From community service activities, monthly assemblies, winter and spring festivals, and after-school enrichment classes, Evergreen students are learning the solid values of citizenship and friendship, the joys of creative collaboration, and the constructive use of free time.
